Marin Public Health Vaccination Dispensing Sites
We are aiming to prioritize those at highest risk of infection and negative outcomes. With that in mind, we are opening appointments for the highest risk communities.
You can make an appointment to be vaccinated at a Marin County Public Health site if you qualify as one of the following:
Age 75 & older AND a recipient of In-Home Supportive Service (IHSS) or home health care services
Age 75 & older AND a recipient of Medi-Cal (Medicaid)
Age 75 & older AND a resident of a low-income senior housing facility
Actively employed by a childcare facility
Healthcare worker (as defined in Phase 1A)
PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT FIT WITHIN ONE OF THE GROUPS LISTED ABOVE.
Vaccine supplies are very limited based on weekly allocations from the State of California. Those who fraudulently register take appointment slots away from the high-risk residents, endanger the community and undermine Marin Public Health's vaccine operations. Everyone will have an opportunity to be vaccinated in the coming weeks and months.
Remember...
Please make an appointment before going to the location. Only make an appointment for one session.
When you check-in for your appointment, you must provide the documentation listed below. If you do not have documentation, you will be asked to return with documentation (no exceptions).
Photo ID (e.g., REAL ID, drivers license, passport, or other government issued photo ID)
AND
Proof of eligibility (see examples below, based on your group):
Medi-Cal (Medicaid) card
IHSS letter of action
recent invoice (< 60 days) from a home health care service agency
proof of residence at a low-income senior housing facility
Proof of current employment (e.g., recent pay stub or letter from employer)
In addition to providing evidence of your eligibility, you will be asked to sign an attestation at the time of your vaccine ensuring that you meet criteria.
If you do not meet eligibility criteria you will not be able to receive a vaccine at your scheduled time.
Available appointments:
Tuesday, January 26
8:00AM to 2:00PM
Wednesday, January 27
8:00AM to 2:00PM
We anticipate adding more appointments over the coming weeks as our capacity to vaccinate increases. If you are unable to find an appointment today, please check back soon.
