50+ Employment Workshop - for MEN & Women

Event Description: 

Money Matters final 2016 workshop, “Employment 50+ — Yes, Virginia, You Can Still Find Meaningful Work,” happens THIS Saturday, Dec. 3. 
9 am - 12 pm 
Dominican College - Guzman Hall 
50 Acacia Avenue 

It will draw on the YWCA’s 50+ Employment Program, which provides free job training to about 450 clients a year, placing 50 percent in jobs paying $20 an hour or more. 

Great Event - Do something GOOD for yourself - then head over to the Holiday Craft Faire in SGV. 

Participants learn how to make age an ASSET in the job search, hear from Marin employers who routinely hire mature workers, talk with older job seekers who recently landed a job 
Explore self-employment options. 
The event is co-sponsored by OLLI and hosted by Dominican.
