Aikido and Kiatsu Workshop
Lawrence Hawkins from Los Angeles will teach techniques of ikkyo effective without generating pain. In the second hour Bruce Fox, our local instructor will open the mat to the community for a demostration and practice of the healing art of Kiatsu. From 1 to 2 on the 1st of June the lesson will be for aikido practicioners. From 2 to 3 we will have a less formal class for all. Aikido is a non-aggressive form of selfdefence developed in the last century. Kiatsu is a healing method developed by aikido master Koichi Tohei.
