Just one year ago, Gallery Route One announced our initiative to find 100 PARTners in ART to help us achieve our mission of providing community service through visual art. We are exceedingly grateful that you all responded, gave us your most generous support, and allowed us to not only meet but exceed that goal.

As Directors of Gallery Route One, we could think of no better way to celebrate than to bring together our community PARTners and our Artist Members atSojourns, our 2012 annual Artist Members' Exhibition, and to thank you all at the same time. Tonight you'll get a chance not only to meet our Artist Members, but to meet them when their work is on display. Refreshments will be served and fun will be had by all (guaranteed).
We welcome new and renewing PARTners to stay and celebrate with us!

  • PARTner Donors at $35 to $99 per year
  • PARTner Supporters at $100 to $299 per year
  • PARTner Patrons at amounts over $300 per year.

GRO is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all contributions are tax-deductible.
Proceeds benefit the following GRO community projects:

  • Artists in the Schools (AIS), a multidisciplinary program weaving science, art making and creative writing into the schools’ environmental curriculum. The program serves seven West Marin schools and over 250 students from pre-school through high school. We are also dedicated to supporting the art component of the Tomales Bay Youth Center.
  • The Latino Photography Project (LPP) is an ongoing series of classes culminating in a gallery installation. GRO’s LPP teaches photography skills while building literacy skills in our local Latino community, and creates bridges between our cultures. If you missed the LPP Mole Tasting Dinner in May, you'll want to make sure you mark it on your To-Do list when we send you next year's date.
  • With the Earth: Art and the Environment is a powerful series featuring guest artists integrating environmental concerns into their art. Far From Home, a yearly exhibition, presents artists who are foreign born or children of immigrants whose art investigates living between cultures.
