Book discussion with Elizabeth O'Brien, LCSW, of "High" by David and Nic Sheff on December 5th at 6:30 pm
Sponsored by the Point Reyes Library, Coastal Health Alliance, the West Marin Coalition for Healthy Youth, and Marin Healthy Partnership, local parent and board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Elizabeth O'Brien, will lead a bilingual conversation about High, the latest Young Adult book by local authors David and Nic Sheff. This important conversation is part of a parent education series and is open to all whether you have read the book or not. Copies of the book are currently available for checkout at the Point Reyes Library.
High gives readers strategies to deal with the stress and peer pressure that may lead to drug use. Light refreshments available. For more information, please call the library at 415-663-8375.
