- Tell someone the story of your life, sparing no details.
- Wake them up if they fall asleep.
- Make plans to travel to your long lost destination.
- Seek out and attend to what is divine, holy or sacred to you.
- Be useful. Set goals for yourself. Even small ones, such as cutting out newspaper articles to share.
