The author of the The Global Forest: 40 Ways Trees Can Save Us, Diana's latest book is The Sweetness of the Simple Life: Tips for Happier, Healthier and Kinder Living. A precise and poetic writer steeped in Gaelic storytelling traditions gathered from her childhood in Ireland, she is a botanist, a medical biochemist, and a self-described “renegade scientist.” Presented by Point Reyes Books and Black Mountain Circle with support from the New School at Commonweal.
