Figure Drawing & Monotype, Thursdays 3-6pm
Join us for life drawing and monotype. Brush up on your drawing skills or explore new techniques. Beginner or advanced, everyone is welcome. We work in twenty-minute sets and the length of the pose varies from one to twenty minutes. The focus of these drawing sessions is on gesture and short poses of the nude and clothed figure. The monthly workshop fee helps us secure great models from the Bay Area Models’ Guild.
Monotype plates, drawing boards, a few easels, large tables, and stools provided. Bring your own paper, drawing, and painting materials. There are some art supplies available for sale in the shop.
