Emotions are the energies that fuel our lives. How these powerful forces flow within us determines both our physical and our psychological health. In this lecture I'll discuss how emotional energy works and why it is so important. I'll examine the role that emotions play from the moment of conception on and how early emotional patterns that once protected us later imprison us.
I'll also talk about Emotional Energy Types - a DNA-based system of personality structures more powerful than the Enneagram, astrology or Myers-Briggs in determining who you are and how you behave at work and in relationships.
