Friday Morning Yoga with Elizabeth Barnet - Mixed Level
A Friday morning yoga class in the beautiful, spacious, clean Dance Palace Community Center Main Space.
This class is suitable for those with some yoga experience. Class includes warm ups, conscious breathing, full range of motion, clarification of anatomy, attention to detail, flow, proprioception.
Balance, Flexibility, Strength all emphasized.
Elizabeth Barnet has been teaching yoga regularly for 25 years. She trained at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in San Francisco and The Yoga Room in Berkeley and apprenticed with Judith Lasater. Her movement studies continue.
Drop-in rate is $16 per class or Five Classes for $70 (does not have to be taken consecutively).

Please note, Elizabeth teaches a second yoga class on Friday mornings from 10:45 - noon. The second class is for beginners, those needing a slower pace, and for seniors.
No classes on Friday, April 27, 2018 due to use of the facility for the Birding Festival.
