Dennis Peterson: In Formation
Peterson’s work uses the common vernacular of road and highway signage to convey a sense of confusion, frustration and even some humor. With a reverence for letterforms and symbols, Peterson takes these ubiquitous, yet overlooked forms of outdoor communication and reinvents them for an interior installation.
Omisade Amy Gerhauser: The Pacific Gyre Series
Works in this exhibition address the environmental issue of plastic debris in the Pacific ocean and its effect on sea birds such as albatrosses through diverse media including installation, cast iron and bronze sculpture, and drawing.
