Event Description:

Since 1993, Elizabeth has been presenting this gentle yoga class especially for older men and women, as well as those who simply need a slower pace. We move from restful, supported postures to gentle warm-up movements to classical yoga postures. Each individual builds upon his/her strength, flexibility, and balance, giving careful attention to breathing and postural alignment.
