Come cycle the 20th Annual Holstein Hundred Charity Bike Ride benefiting West Marin Senior Services and Rotary Club of Marin Sunrise/Ride4Vets. West Marin Senior Service's mission is helping seniors live long, live well and live at home. Register: wmss.org/holstein

Choose your cycling distance - 100, 65, 30 or 15 miles - along the winding Marin and Sonoma coast, Tomales Bay and the rolling hills dotted with happy Holstein cows. Enjoy locally grown and baked food items with your friends at the beginning and end of your ride at Tomales High School, in Tomales.

One of California’s premier challenging century rides with superior support services and fabulous, local food.
Starts and ends at Tomales High School,
as in the early days.
Collaboration with Rotary Club of Marin Sunrise. Rider fees to West Marin Senior Services. Pledges to Ride4Vets.
Support two great causes: seniors & veterans.

Routes
Four routes, appealing to beginners and experts alike. 100 miles, 65 miles (100k), 35 miles, and 15 miles.
100 mile route: less elevation than last year, appealing to both intermediate and expert riders. We listened to your feedback -- Joy Road eliminated. Final routes posted in a few months.

Food
Excellent starters with fresh bagels, yogurt, some Bovine pastries, and coffee.
Homemade food at rest stops—yummy potatoes, sweet breads, cookies, and more.
Festivities at the end with gourmet lunch from noon-5 p.m., including chicken, pasta, organic salad, a vegan option, and dessert.

Call West Marin Senior Services at 415-663-8148, or or visit the web site, www.wmss.org, to register or find additional information.
