NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Marin County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Civic Center, San Rafael

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Marin County Board of Supervisors (BOS) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 1:30 PM* to confirm direction to staff on solutions to prevent displacement of existing residents and preserve housing affordability in unincorporated Marin County. A number of policy options to address these issues were considered by the Board of Supervisors at three previous workshops on October 13, November 17 and December 15, 2015. At the upcoming hearing on February 9, the Board will discuss the implementation of policies in a phased manner. The Board of Supervisors hearing will be held in the Marin County Board Chambers (Room 330, Administration Building), 3501 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael, California, where anyone interested in this matter may appear and be heard. The week prior to the hearing an agenda and staff report will be made available on the Board of Supervisors meeting webpage and at the Community Development Agency, Suite 308, San Rafael (open Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, closed Friday). If you have comments regarding this hearing, please submit them in writing to Alisa Stevenson, Planner at astevenson@marincounty.org or 3501 Civic Center Drive, Suite 308, San Rafael, CA 94903 prior to the hearing date.
