Information Technology (IT) Workshop
The West Marin Fund is pleased to offer an Information Technology (IT) workshop on August 30–10:00 AM to noon—at the Dance Palace in Point Reyes Station. The session will be led by John Levy, noted IT expert. John will provide a framework for building a solid digital environment that can make a positive difference in the operation of nonprofits and other organizations. Topics covered will include basics of computers, essential software for every PC, plus demonstration of useful applications including blogging, tweeting and other social media; subscription management, and website maintenance. A panel of local IT experts will be ready to answer specific questions. Snacks will be served.
