Let's Talk Activism and Resistence

Date:
Thursday, October 15, 2015 - 11:00am to 12:00pm
Event Description:

What does it mean to be an activist in today’s world?

What motivates you to take a stand on the critical issues of our time? Are you willing to speak up for social and environmental justice? Climate change? GMOs? Women’s rights? What are you willing to fight for? Do we need a resistance movement that can challenge and change the power structures of this country? Is there power in the people, or is it all a waste of time?

Please listen to KWMR and call 415-663-8492, on Thursday, October 15th, between 11 and noon, to share your views. Your Voice Matters!
