"A Life of Being, Having, and Doing Enough" - Session 1

Date:
Friday, September 25, 2015 - 1:00pm
Event Description:
By Wayne Muller
A Book Study in Six Sessions
Led by interfaith minister Elizabeth River Tickets: $100 for six sessions paid in advance or $20 per session

Interfaith minister Elizabeth River leads a class based on Wayne Muller’s book, A Life of Being, Having, and Doing Enough. The class will consider the dilemma of days so packed with commitments and information that it’s difficult to feel peace or a sense of accomplishment. We will learn compassion for ourselves and find a pace that is sustainable and nourishing as we age together in community. Practicing meditation, writing, and reverent listening, we will expand our capacity for spiritual intimacy with others and the world. Point Reyes Books offers 10% off this book to participants. Presented by Point Reyes Books and Black Mountain Circle.
