Mindfulness in Nature at Martin Griffin Preserve
Take some time out in nature to reboot! Breathe, reflect, move your body, and forest bathe in the peacefulness of nature, led by our volunteer Nature Guides. The preserve is open from 10am to 4pm and Nature Guide-led activities are at at 11am and 2pm. Afterwards, go on a hike, spread out your picnic, visit our bookstore and Curiosity Room, scoop a newt in the ponds, and more!
Martin Griffin Preserve of Audubon Canyon Ranch is a 1,000-acre preserve across from Bolinas Lagoon. Looking forward to seeing you out here! Suggested donation of $20 per family/car.
