Mostly Natives Nursery Gardening Classes

Date:
Saturday, March 25, 2017 - 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Event Description:

Join us for the first of our free weekly gardening classes on Saturday, March 25th, from 1-3 p.m.

Welcome to the Jungle: The Soil Food Web Eats First, taught by local gardener, Michael Cavette.

This class will explore the basics of soil: what it is, how it got there, and what provides the spark of life which makes the soil a super organism capable of supporting plant life. We will then consider a number of practices which enhance the health of that super organism, providing the gardener with vigorous, productive plants.

Mostly Natives Nursery is located at 54 B St. (behind Cafe Reyes.) We are open Thursday - Monday, 10-5. 415-663-8835. mostlynatives.com
