NEW YEAR'S DAY AT ABBOTT'S LAGOON

All invited to the annual New Year's Day pilgrimage to Abbott's Lagoon, a Tomales Bay Explorer's Club tradition since 1980. We gather driftwood, create a sculpture of epic proportions, decorate it with last's years calendars and burn it! Long before Burning Man we were burning on the beach in festive celebration. It's looking good for a beautiful day to soak up the good vibes, hang with old friends, meet new ones and relish the astounding natural beauty of crashing waves and a big sky. Come out for the day, stay until sunset. Bring food and whatever else suits you to share. [Sorry, dogs are not allowed.] It's a great tradition. Happy New Age!
