FREE!      In West Marin, CLAM (the Community Land Trust Association of West Marin) and the Bolinas Community Land Trust offer affordable rentals and home ownership to qualifying individuals and families. Together, they provide homes for 41 people in Bolinas and Point Reyes-Inverness.

Come hear where the Community Land Trust movement came from, how we are making affordable homes happen now, and how we, in West Marin, can collectively pitch in to ensure affordable homes for working people, families, and seniors.

John Emmeus Davis has been a key figure in the Community Land Trust housing movement for 30 years, including as housing director for the city of Burlington, Vermont, which has a robust program of affordable and sustainable housing.
