Event Details and Schedule of Events* Saturday, January 14, 2017 The Saturday events include: Trail run with Magda Boulet at Point Reyes Yoga for runners session with Reba Gray Group coaching sessions Breakfast, lunch and dinner 9:15am – Meet at Dance Palace in Point Reyes Station 9:15am-9:45am Tea, coffee, registration 9:45am-10:30am Introductions and coaching overview 10:45am-12:15pm Long run on trails 12:45pm-1:30pm Lunch 1:30pm-2:30pm Coaching 2:30pm-3:30pm Yoga for Runners 3:30pm-4:30pm Short hike/walk in Point Reyes Station 5:30pm-7:30pm Dinner and coaching Sunday, January 15, 2017 The Sunday events include: Trail run with Magda Boulet at Point Reyes Yoga for runners session with Reba Gray Group coaching sessions Breakfast and lunch 8:30am – Meet at Dance Palace in Point Reyes Station 8:45am – Wake-up yoga for runners 9:30am – Tea, coffee, breakfast 9:45am-11:00am Coaching and drills 11:15am-12:30pm Long run on trails 12:45pm-2:00pm Lunch in Point Reyes Station * The schedule is subject to change. Lodging is available in Point Reyes. We will be renting one or two large houses for approximately 10 people in each house. Email us at runvoyager@gmail.com if you are interested in lodging.
