Show Up, Shut Up, and Draw! Morning Journaling group
Even though we may say we want to do a drawing a day, or we want to keep a visual journal, or we want to improve our relationship to seeing/drawing, some of us never quite manage to create the time or the space. What if somebody set the time and created the space, and you simply showed up, shut up and started drawing? Lisa Bleier, somatic educator and artist is committed to opening the door every one of these next 30 days at INK PAPER PLATE so she and others can experiment with drawing regularly in support of building new habits around drawing and one’s creative process.
This group is open to anybody who has the desire to go inward and draw for 45 minutes in noble silence in the company of others who are working on their own drawing and process.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own drawing supplies, ideas, goals, visions or inspirations and turn your devices off. Drawing boards and easels are available.
DROP-IN: $5
LOCATION: Ink.Paper.Plate (at the gas station), 11401 State Route 1, Point Reyes Station,94956 United States
