Solo Flights

Date:
Friday, October 23, 2015 - 7:30pm
Location:
Event Description:
Three very diverse performers from greater West Marin offer an evening of cutting-edge solo theater. Russ Bradley worked at The Marsh this year to create a show reflecting on his life journey—from remote shores of British Columbia to mid-Pacific atolls to the Farallon Islands (where Russ has spent 1600 nights (!) as a seabird biologist). Neshama Franklin, beloved Marin County librarian and KWMR programmer—and award-winning MOTH story-teller—brings a brand-new narrative about learning, foibles, and Tai Chi. Claire Peaslee practices improvisation of presence, entirely in the moment, so her story lines remain to be discovered. Solo Flights will be hilarious, poignant, and surprising. Doors open at 7:15. Running time approx.1.25 hours. ]]>
