Event Description:
Die Wise:
A Manifesto for Sanity and Soul

Reading & Conversation Tickets: $20

How we care for the dying people in our midst, and how we die when it is our turn: these together are the proving ground, the cradle and the grave both, for every conviction we have about justice and mercy, about the meaning of life, about what love should look like and what it should do. In Stephen Jenkinson’s latest book about grief and dying, he says, "If you love somebody, if you care about the world that's to come after you, and if you want somebody to be spared the lunacy of what you've seen, you've got to die wise." Watch a video featuring Stephen Jenkinson talking about his book. Presented by Point Reyes Books and Black Mountain Circle.
