Teen Self Defense Workshop: Introduction to Personal Safety sponsored by TBLA
The Point Reyes Library hosts Impact Bay Area to facilitate a Self Defense Workshop for teens in 6th - 12th grades, to develop intuition and situational awareness and to practice powerful and effective verbal and physical techniques to set clear boundaries in daily life on Wednesday, January 24th from 3:30-4:30 pm at the West Marin School Small Gym.
