Third Annual Stinson Beach Docfest

Event Description: 

The Third Annual Stinson Beach docfest will take place at the Stinson Beach Community Center November 4,5 & 6th, featuring award winning documentary films. The Opening Night has always sold out, so get your tickets soon!

Schedule 

Friday Nov. 4th, 6:30pm: Opening Night Gala will feature live music by the Jeff Castro and Michael Knowlton Duo and a delicious "Taste of West Marin" dinner, prepared by Trecey Chittenden, longtime Stinson resident and head chef at the Institute for Noetic Sciences.  
Friday Nov. 4th, 8pm:  The Music of Strangers will be shown, preceded by The Land Connection, a short film on West Marin's farming heritage by Marc Sanchez-Corea. .
Saturday, Nov. 5th, 5pm: Norman Lear: Just Another Version of You.
Saturday, Nov. 5th, 7pm: Zero Days
Sunday Nov. 6th, 5pm: Life, Animated
Sunday Nov. 6th, 7pm: Maya Angelou; And Still I Rise

To purchase all sponsorships, tickets and dinners, please click here http://www.stinsondocfest.org or send a check to P.O. Box 7, Stinson Beach, CA 94970 made out to "SB Community Center" with "Doc Fest" on the memo line by November 1st. 

Festival Sponsorships:

Join the fun and become a Sponsor of the 3d Annual Stinson Beach Doc Fest!  
There are two sponsorship options:

Producers: $400.  Two tickets to all 5 films and the Opening Night Gala, including 4 drink tickets, 2 dinners each for Saturday and Sunday,  recognition on the website, and reserved seating in the first 2 rows  (held until 10 minutes before showtime).

Director: $100.  One ticket to all 5 films and to the Opening Night gala, recognition on the website and reserved seating in the third, fourth and fifth  rows (held until 10 minutes before showtime). Please note that Saturday and Sunday night dinners are not included in Director Sponsorships and must be pre-purchased additionally. 

Dinners: 
 
Opening (Friday) Night "Tastes of West Marin" dinner will be prepared by Trecey Chittenden, longtime Stinson resident and head chef at the Institute for Noetic Sciences. Tickets for Opening Night only (includes dinner, music and film) are $50.

Saturday night's dinner will be prepared by Arielle Giusto, local girl and chef at M.H. Bread and Butter in San Anselmo. Sunday night's dinner will be prepared by well-known local chef, Robin Ahlgren. Dinners are $14 and MUST be preordered for Saturday and Sunday nights on the "Buy Tickets" page.  (NOTE: If you don't preorder your dinner, you probably won't get one.)
