Volcano Kimchi Workshop
Volcano Kimchi founder and fermentress Aruna Lee creates organic, vegan, gluten-free uniquely delicious traditional Kimchi with a local flare. Join us for an evening Kimchi adventure of tasting and making Kimchi with a master of the craft.
We will start with a Kimchi Brine Cocktails and then begin to prepare a batch of napa cabbage Kimchi. Aruna will walk us through each step of the process explaining along the way the whys and wherefores as to her methods. Then we will work in small groups to prepare our own batch of kimchi to bring home. We will end with question and answers and a tasting of Volcano Kimchi's various kimchi products.
