West Marin Rising: Women & Men in Solidarity to Stop Violence Against Women and Girls

West Marin Rising is a bilingual evening of discussion, film, music, food, and dance, in conjunction with One Billion Rising, a global dance protest against violence towards women and girls. Join us for a presentation by Kate Kain on where violence against women comes from and how we are ending it in our community, a film preview and benefit for The Eve Option, a community dance for protest and prayer led by Taira Restar, and live music by Tenientes Del Norte! MCed by Kegan Stedwel. Childcare provided. Please bring finger food to share. Event is FREE and open to the public.
