Yoga with Ellen Serber
Monday morning yoga is both a physical practice and a time to focus within. We stretch and strengthen but also we pay attention to the action as a way of learning how to focus awareness. Suitable for all levels of students. Ellen Serber has taught for 40 years; she is certified in the Iyengar tradition and has also studied with the Desikachar family. She has trained teachers and also is on the review board of The International Journal of Yoga Therapy. She continues her study of yoga with Ramanad Patel.
