Inverness Secret Garden Benefit: April 19 @ Porrata-Powell Family
I need volunteers to help direct cars to parking. Due to the popular RSVP response to the Inverness Secret Garden Benefit for the Porrata-Powell Family, this Saturday, April 19, 11-3 PM at our Seahaven garden, we have hired a couple valet parking attendants. Hopefully, this will ease congestion on narrow Via de la Vista and maintain safe access. Volunteers will assist valets and keep things organized. You will NOT drive any cars; only meet/greet and direct visiting guests to temporary parking, until the valets can move the cars to a parking area, and direct guests to the garden gate. I have several volunteers already, but could user 5 or 6 more, so the time can be shared - I am hoping for 1/2 hour time slots, so volunteers can enjoy the music and garden. This would be great, if you already planned on attending.
