The Conscious Elders Network (CEN) is a movement of vital elders, dedicated to growing in consciousness while actively addressing the demanding challenges facing our communities/our country.
You are invited to a community gathering to explore together what it means for each of us to engage in our world as a conscious elder. How can we offer our multiple talents and resources in service of preserving and protecting life for all generations to come? This is an interactive event where you will engage other like-minded elders, and share your stories, your passions, and your visions for a healthy, just, and sustainable world for all.
Bring a friend, some snacks to share, your journal and spend a few hours in inquiry. We will connect and inspire each other as we find ways to support each other in our work for the world, and we will present several ways to engage with other Elders in your area and with the Conscious Elders Network.
Workshop facilitator Constance Washburn activist, educator, and facilitator with over 35 years of experience is a founding member of the Conscious Elders Network. Long time resident of San Geronimo Valley, she has been a Buddhist practitioner since 1968 and brings her nature connection, mindfulness training, theater and education backgrounds together to create opportunities for people to reawaken to their interconnectedness. www.constancewashburn.com
