Kick off Mental Heath Wellness month with an important conversation about Mental Illness at the Point Reyes Library on Tuesday evening, May 2nd at 7:00 pm. Debra Belaga, President of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Marin will lead a conversation about the mental health policy in Marin County, free services that NAMI Marin offers, and the opportunities for improvement in our mental health support systems. How would you like to have a debit card, good for food purchases? Did you know CalFresh, a nutrition program that helps people buy healthy food, offers this assistance? A household of one person could receive between $16 to $194, based upon the net income and allowable expenses. Many people qualify. You won't know unless you apply. 
Teresa Newman is an Eligibility Worker for the county and she wants to meet you and help you to apply for CalFresh.
